RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Legal & Compliance Officer (LC-O)
Responsibility:
– Ensure that all activities of the institution comply with applicable regulations
– Continuously update information on regulatory changes related to the operational and business activities of the Institution
– Be a liaison with regulators
– Providing legal opinions to the Board of Directors and other parties within the organization
– Handling legal issues within the Institution
– Drafting and reviewing agreements and other legal documents
Requirement:
– Minimum educated Bachelor of Laws
– 1-3 years of work experience in Legal &Compliance functions
– Can speak English actively
– Have networking with regulators (preferred)
– Have analytical and problem solving skills
– Communicative
2. Information Technology – Security Specialist (ITS-S)
Responsibility:
– Ensure that all aspects of ICT management meet the rules/principles of information.
– Detecting, investigating, investigating and taking preventive measures for IT security risks
– Increase awareness of information security risk management
Requirement:
– Minimum degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
– 1-3 years of work experience in the field of IT Security
– Have knowledge in various areas, including algorithms, databases, networking, operating systems, cyber and network security and IT Risk Management.

3. IT – Service & Support Desk Assist. Manager (ITSSD-AM)
Responsibility:
– Lead and supervise the Team in providing the best IT services
– Ensuring IT infrastructure and networks are functioning properly
– Managing data centers
– Ensure that IT vendor services run well.
Requirement:
– Minimum degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
– Work experience of at least 3 years in the field of IT Service & Support
– Has Linux capabilities, Web Server (nginx, apache), Docker (Container), CI /CD, proxy server, network management, server management, database management, hardware configuration, network performance tuning, data center and application monitoring
– Have analytical and problem solving skills
– Have leadership skills
– Communicative
4. IT – System Support Officer (ITSS-O)
Responsibility:
– Managing IT Helpdesk, especially support systems according to SLA
– Manage the publication of IT policies and procedures
– Conducting a socialization program for policies, procedures and uses of IT-managed applications
Requirement:
– Minimum degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
– Work experience of at least 1-3 years in the field of IT Service & Support
– Have good administrative skills
– Mastering programming languages/programming basics and having the ability of MySQL, SQL, etc.
– Have good Public Speaking skills
– Able to work together in a team
– Meticulous in work
– Can be friendly and professional
5. IT – Database Engineering Specialist (ITDE-S)
Responsibility:
– Conducting analysis and studies of the existing database structure owned by the Institution
– Designing database structures
– Create documentation related to data dictionaries, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
– Normalizing existing data structures
– Build a data warehouse
Requirement:
– Minimum degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
– Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of database management
– Mastering RDBMS,MySQL, SQL Server,No Sql, Datawarehouse Concept, ETL, basics of programming, PHP, Python, reporting system, database management
– Communicative
– Have analytical and problem solving skills
