Without realizing it, Eid al-Fitr 1446 H will soon arrive. At the end of Ramadan, LPPOM strives to spread widespread benefits. One of them is distributing food packages and cash to the community. This is LPPOM’s effort as a form of concern for others and commitment to benefit the community.
Ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1446 H, LPPOM showed concern by distributing 1,200 food packages and cash to the community, including orphans, poor people, and destitute groups. This activity was carried out from March 21 to 28, 2025, in various areas in the Bogor area.
This assistance is given as a form of concern for those in need so that they can celebrate Eid with happiness and joy. This activity is also in line with the spirit of sharing in the holy month of Ramadan, where LPPOM is committed to carrying out its duties as a Halal Inspection Body (LPH) and participating in social actions that benefit the community.
Mohamad Nashih Ulwan, a representative of LPPOM, said that this sharing activity is a form of gratitude and real concern for others, which has become a routine agenda every year ahead of Eid al-Fitr.
“Hopefully this activity can provide benefits for all parties, especially for us, so that we can always be LPPOM people who are full of gratitude. In the future, we hope that LPPOM will continue to be committed to providing sustainable benefits to the community,” explained Ulwan.
One of the beneficiaries, Irmadani, the Manager of the Darushsholihat Girl’s Orphanage, expressed her gratitude and thanks to LPPOM for the assistance provided. This assistance is undoubtedly meaningful in helping to meet daily needs and provides joy for the children and toddlers here.
“Hopefully, with this assistance, LPPOM will continue to develop, be successful, and bring blessings to both us and LPPOM. We hope that in the future, assistance like this will not only happen once, but will continue to be continuous,” explained Irma.
One of the assistance recipients, Adik Munaf, felt happier and happier after receiving the basic food package from LPPOM. According to him, this assistance is not just a form of concern for orphans but also an encouragement to welcome Eid al-Fitr.

LPPOM continues to be committed to providing benefits to the Indonesian people. One of the ongoing programs is the Syawal Festival. This program focuses on facilitating halal certification for Micro and Small Enterprises (UMK) as a form of LPPOM’s commitment to continue supporting the government in increasing the number of halal-certified products in Indonesia, which are expected to be able to develop both nationally and globally.
This year, LPPOM is holding the 1446 H Syawal Festival with the theme “Strengthening Halal from Upstream through Halal Meat Grinding” with a series of activities, starting from facilitating free halal certification for meat grinding as well as halal socialization and education throughout Indonesia.
