  • ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, Odoo, Microsoft Business Central preferred).
  • Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of core business processes, such as finance, supply chain, inventory, and sales.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP configurations, data migration, and integration processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in ERP consulting or a related role.

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled ERP Consultant to join our Jakarta office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional ERP solutions tailored to our clients’ business needs. With a focus on understanding and optimizing business processes, this role demands expertise in ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand their business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
  • Configure, implement, and support ERP solutions, such as Acumatica, Odoo, or Microsoft Business Central, in alignment with client needs.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless implementation process.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and user manuals.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance and suggest enhancements for optimization.
  • Support data migration activities and ensure the integrity of migrated data.
